At just 13, Ella is a kind-hearted baker with confidence to match. Whisk in hand since the age of three, she’s now raising £3,500 for a Girlguiding trip to Cambodia – one bake at a time.
A Baker from the Beginning
Ella’s kitchen journey began with flour-dusted fingers and bold ideas. Since then, she’s baked hundreds of treats, impressed friends and family, and earned a spot in the top 100 of Junior British Bake Off.
Her proudest bake? Homemade Twix bars – sticky, sweet, and crafted entirely from scratch.

Ella’s trip is more than just an adventure – it’s a chance to make a real difference in a school community.
While in Cambodia, she will:
Support younger children in the classroom
Help with painting, gardening, and creating a better space to learn
Build friendships with the local community and fellow Girl Guides
